Many decades ago, Leila was studying in a college in
Oxford, Ohio. However, at the end of that first year, Leila decided she wanted
to pursue a career as an instructor in Cosmetology and taught with the United
Nations Relief and Welfare Agency's (UNRWA) Vocational School.
In 1994 she was
certified as a medical assistant. Then, a radical change in her understanding
of health developed when Reflexology appeared on the horizon.
Her journey to Reflexology
began, when quite by accident, she discovered a Foot Chart. That illustration
connected reflex points on the hands and feet to the organs of the body.
The idea of improving health and well-being with Reflexology
brought a passionate response from Leila as she realized she would be able to
help many people with the ancient practice of Reflexology!
She studied reflexology at Just for Health School of
Reflexology and Healing Arts in Englewood, Colorado.
